David Oldenburg is a
real estate broker and real estate professional with over 17
years real-world experience in real estate, mortgage and public
speaking. He is the owner of Paradise Mortgage Corporation, a
full-service residential lending company in Roseville, CA and
the owner of California Seller, a full-service real estate
company. He is the founder and one of the motivational trainers
and speakers with TotalAct, a success coaching and speaking
team. TotalAct is dedicated to helping Realtors, loan officers
and other real estate professionals achieve their dreams.
David's speaking
platform is the Psychology of motivation and change as it
applies to success in any business. In addition, he speaks on
gaining competitive edge, increasing sales, moving clients from
inaction to action and creating opportunity from any situation.
He is a recognized
International business success and motivational coach and is
involved in the Professional Coach Program with the
International Coach Academy (ICA).
Additionally, David
hosted and created the “Your Money” talk show on TALK 650 KSTE
for 7 years, helping one-on-one more than 10,000 listeners both
on and off the air with their real estate and mortgage needs.
The “Your Money” show grew into a highly successful radio
program, bringing in big name sponsors like Oppenheimer Mutual
Funds, Securities America and Placer Title.
David is the creator
of the "Extreme Success" Series," a National selling Real
Estate Agent Training and Loan Officer Training
program. His goal is to raise the bar in the real estate
industry by teaching business professionals how to get
motivated and get over fears, obstacles, challenges and hurdles
